PRIVACY POLICY
As a part of our day-to-day operation the Society collects general information on who uses our various assistance services. From time-to-time we are required to pass on this information in a statistical format – that is to say – numbers: never names.
The Society compiles numbers in relation to a range of gynaecological cancer related issues for use in the following areas
Research - Efficiency & Effectiveness - Accounting & Audit Control - Government Compliance
The Society does not retain any personal identifiers. It is against Australian Privacy Law provisions with regard to medical related issues for a person or organisation to pass on any patient identifier information.
COPY RIGHT
The Society claims copy right over all material it produces directly or causes to have produced in its name. Included in this right is all material: print, electronic, audio or audio visual and specifically includes all material of a information and education nature.
The Society supplies most material free-of-charge upon request. We also readily agree to most requests to copy or reproduce this material; however we reserve the right to take action against any individual or organisation infringing our rights.
